GranthaSwap does not sell or ship goods itself. Members swap books with each other.

How books travel

• In person: the two members agree a public place and time. No shipping is involved.
• Drop hub: the giver leaves the book at a partner hub and the reader collects it within the pickup window with their claim code.
• Post or courier: the giver posts the book (India Post Book Post is usually cheapest) and adds the tracking number on their dashboard.

Postal handling fee

When a reader chooses postal delivery, a handling fee shown on the request page is settled with the giver, or paid with 1 credit if the reader chooses that option.

Delivery times

Postal delivery within Kerala usually takes 2–7 days depending on the service the giver uses.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel does not arrive, contact us from your dashboard or at . Our team reviews the tracking details and can refund the reader's credit when a parcel is lost.
